We recently purchased wood flooring (birch) by this company out of
Quebec, Canada.  There are problems w/the flooring, but the company is
uncooperative.  Wondering if there are complaints against this company
or others out there having a problem w/mercier hardwood flooring.

You might want to ask the "Office de la Protection du Consommateur". 
They are usually cooperative.
