There's very little information available that I could find on the two
remaining companies in this question -- Autoworks Distributing in
Mineesota and Gateway Pacific Auto in California.
I checked quite a number of sources, including state, county and city
public records; newspapers; commercial databases for business/credit
information; and a general web search. But like I said, there's
little beyond what I found already for these two. The government
records in Minnesota and California are not nearly as web-accessible
as they are in some other jurisdictions, so there were some real
limits in what I was able to uncover.

dated 2001, so they were in business at least since then, but the
listing provides no additional information.
A credit check report for Autoworks Distributing provides a bit of
additional information, although it also raises some questions.
