I have located the Chengchung branch of The Bank of Taiwan in Taipei
including the telephone number, fax number and address. However whilst
the address starts with the number 47, the road name is different. 
Are you quite sure of the name of the road?

I'm not very sure the actual street name of the chengchung branch of
the bank of taiwan. but the steet number is 47.
