Greetings, ajbiz!

While your website is aesthetically attractive, where the Googlebot
search engine spider is concerned, it's got a big problem; the home
page has essentially no *content*.

Content is a really big consideration for the Googlebot -- a great
deal of the importance factor (Page Rank) which Google assigns to a
website is based on the actual text content of primarily the home
page, and to a lesser extent, the subpages. The Googlebot can only
read **text**, not **pictures of words**.

Your site *has* been indexed by Google, but it doesn't see anything of
importance there, so it moves on to crawl another website. It doesn't
even know what to list for a description of your site.

--------------------------------------------------------
www.cerulink.com/

Google can show you the following information for this URL:

Find web pages that are similar to www.cerulink.com
Find web pages that link to www.cerulink.com
Find web pages that contain the term "www.cerulink.com"

--------------------------------------------------------
://www.google.com/search?q=www.cerulink.com

All that the Googlebot sees when it crawls your site is a bunch of links.

Google Information for Webmasters - Webmaster Guidelines

"... Create a useful, information-rich site and write pages that
clearly and accurately describe your content.

Think about the words users would type to find your pages, and make
sure that your site actually includes those words within it.

Try to use text instead of images to display important names, content,
or links. The Google crawler doesn't recognize text contained in
images.

Make sure that your TITLE and ALT tags are descriptive and accurate..."

I recommend that you read *all* of the information on the Guidelines
page that I hyperlinked above.

The things listed above are definitely improvements that you will want
to make to your website.

1) Create a more meaningful <title> tag, such as:
   <title>Cerulink.com - Wireless and Embedded Technology Solutions</title>

2) Add "alt attributes to all of your hyperlinks, such as:
   <a href="writeus.asp" alt="Contact Us">

3) Add a meta description tag, so the Googlebot knows what description
to list for your website, such as:
   <meta name="description" content="Cerulink provides Wireless and Embedded
Technology Solutions includind end-to-end cross-platform solutions etc etc etc">

4) Convert the pictures of text content on your home page into actual text.

If you first make the changes I suggested to these sites, *then*
resubmit the sites to be crawled by the Googlebot at:

I think you will find that the site has much better luck in getting
indexed by Google.

Before rating this Answer, if you have questions about the information
that I have presented, please post a Request for Clarification, and I
will see what I can do for you.
