In response to your question it appears that bigwebportal and
hotwebsearch are one in the same.

After digging through www.bigwebportal.com's FAQ I found that they do
provide an uninstaller for their software and the hotwebsearch
software.

Since you did not provide the version of hotwebsearch I will provide
the links to every version (personally I'd try version 3.0 first and
go backwards 2,1,...)

Your spyware problem may just be related to bigwebportal and
hotwebsearch but for good measure I'd recommend downloading

and run these programs.  They will hopefully clean up any excess
spyware on your machine.
