I am an unemployed consultant who wants a list of companies that are
running Microsoft exchange 5.5 and Microsoft exchange 2000 so that I
can help them migrate to 2003 or other messaging system. Where can I
get such a list and how can i go about selling my services?

There is no such list, I would recomend you to offer your service on
forums, or look for a positions on MCP website
