Hello Patrick,

There are no obvious alarm signals that I could see regarding either
Secondary Capital Network or Samuel Sykes. As a matter of fact, there
is an almost deafening silence regarding their web presence -- very
little info exists. On the one hand, this means no lawsuits, no
complaints, no investigations, are popping up. On the other hand,
even where one would expect to find information -- business filings
with the state of Florida, for instance -- nothing much turns up.

SCN's website mentions Syke's work as an inventor with Kimberly Clark,
and I was able to confirm this.

There are also a few other webites/companies that SCN is affiliated with.

Beyond that, though, I can only answer your question at this point by
documenting the little bit I've found on Sykes and SCN, and all the
places where no information about Sykes or SCN turns up...probably not
the sort of answer you were hoping for.

Let me know your thoughts on how/whether to proceed at this point.

Thanks.

The registrant for the main site domain is:
Registrant:
NIGHTHAWK INTERNATIONAL, LTD.
ATTN: SECONDARYCAPITALNETWORK.COM
c/o Network Solutions
P.O. Box 447
Herndon, VA. 20172-0447

You may want to search them specifically. The best place to do a
background search is www.choicepoint.com
Since it is a pay service though, you will have to do your own search there.
