Who manufactures DVD MovieAlbum software?  I know it comes free with
several DVD burners and even some camcorders.

"DVD MovieAlbum" is manufactured by Matsushita Electric of Japan. 
Matsushita is the parent company of "Panasonic" and several other
electronic brands.
