Hi sherpaj-ga,

Here's how, to have Outlook XP download the entire message of every
mail from your IMAP server, instead of just the headers:

- Go to the menu "Tools"
- Click on "Options"
- Choose the "Mail delivery" tab
- Press the button "Send/Receive"
- Select correct group and press the "Edit" button
- select the correct IMAP account on the left-hand side
- select your inbox folder in the centre window
- select "download entire message and attachment" & press ok

If this isn't entirely clear, or you don't get it to work, feel free
to ask for a clarification.

I found the solution by looking into the Outlook options and
help-index, rather then surfing the net, but here are some additional
links that may be of interest anyway:

The Microsoft Outlook page:

Online help for Outlook XP:

The Microsoft Outlook 2002 Support page:

Hope this helps you solve the problem,

Kind regards,

rhansenne-ga.
