I'm looking for some help with planning our destination wedding in
Hawaii. We need to pick an island, find accomodations for our
families, and find a location for the ceremony. The accomodations and
ceremony do not have to be the same place.

Requirements for which island: Possible for a direct flight from the
mainland (no inter-island flights), lots of varied activities like
shopping, dining, and water sports, has on it a beautiful location for
the ceremony (see below).

Requirements for the accomodations: Nicest hotel/housing we can find
for our families who can't afford luxury. I imagine under $100 is
impossible? Are there other more economical options besides hotels?

Requirements for the ceremony: One of two options: 1)an all-inclusive
hotel or resort that had an outdoor location for the ceremony and
provided some nice details like leis for bride and groom, or 2)a
consultant/planner who could assist with an outdoor location and some
additional details with minimal fuss and price.

To make sure I understand your request properly, you want

1) A list of possible wedding sites on one of the Hawaiian islands
that may be reached direct flight from the mainland. Do you have a
particular mainland starting point or West Coast connecting city in
mind?

2) Listing or suggestions of accomodations under $100/night, if
possible, on those same islands.

Plus ...

Included in list #1, a contact (hotel or independent wedding planner)
to handle the details (for that location) for you.

Am I on the right track?

Regarding 1): my fiance and I are leaving from SEA. Our families will
leave from BOS.

Regarding 2): accomodations would ideally be comparable to a 3-star.

You're on the right track. I look forward to your answer!
