FORM DC-363 PETITION OR MOTION FOR EXPUNGEMENT

The form should be available from the clerk's office at General District Court.

I am not sure of the conditions in VA, but in MD I had to wait three
years from the my criminal offense. The form(s) provided were pretty
thick carbon forms and included several copies the court, the local
and state police, and district attorney. The process is completely
painless--except for how hard you have to press to fill out the forms.
