I sought to locate agents that pledge adherence to a higher authority
of standards when it comes to interacting with their customers and in
general business performance. To that end, I've located two
resources: the American Society of Travel Agents, and the Association
of Canadian Travel Agencies. Both are membership-based associations
whose members are to abide by their respective code of ethics found at

Both are very easy to use. Simply enter in a city and/or the type of
agent you're looking for, and it will list them on your web browser

them for finding agencies closest to you that fit your specific needs.
