It sure would help the researchers if you posted the area you live in.
Location -- city and state.

Edit: I have posted my address, information but they closed it due to
them being afraid of people seeing my information. I think they know
all my information I had to give it to them when paying aka credit
card.

I only got COVAD, which I already knew. COVAD is $125 USD a MONTH for
IDSL (144/144) service! And SPEAKEASY is $90 USD a month of IDSL that
I can get, but I need something in the $50 USD range and only a small
one-time fee, please. Please, I just need a straight on answer.

Hello unbreakable888,
Unfortunately there are some areas without ADSL access. In your case,
there is access but the prices are not what you need them to be. One
suggestion at this point is for you to phone up the two companies that
offer access in your area and ask them for a better price.
Without your address and telephone number (do not post them!), we
really cannot investigate this further for you. The best we can do is
offer you some ideas. At this point, I would try phoning the two known
providers and asknig for a better price. You might also want to look
into seeing if there are any wireless internet service providers in
your area (not satellite, these use towers so the pings are low). Let
us know what happens!

And ... I can't get ADSL. I can only get expensive IDSL, where they
can reach out longer to...

I have wireless internet and my pings in online games like City of
Heroes are always good (90 to 120ish).
Anyway, hopefully someone else will be able to help you. I can't think
of anything else to do at this point.

Well, you just said you have wireless internet yourself, what provider
is it? Could I have a link to what provider your using? Uhh ... and I
want this to be unlimited internet no time/MB hold-ups.

Telling you who my provider is would not be relevant to you because
they do not offer service in Wisconsin.

If all else fails, start a petition with your neighbours and local
businesses and get enough people willing to commit to buying DSL or
cable to interest local providers. You can then present the petition
to them and they will do market research in your area to see if it is
viable. There are some reports of this being successful on the
internet. I recommend that you use a paper petition versus an online
one, but that is just a personal preference.
I have provided some examples of existing petitions that you could
change to fit your needs better here:
http://www.petitiononline.com/chhls2/petition.html
http://www.petitiononline.com/btadslnr/
While you are out gathering signatures, you just might run into
someone who already has figured out a way to get high speed internet
in your area. Hey, it's possible!
All the best,

Well, that's impossible too, see ... everybody in my area can get
cable but me. In fact, if I have lived down the street, I'm not
kidding you, then I could get cable, that's how close it is to me, and
even if I do get a petition from the people on my street, it's not
like that will ever be enough to get some big business guys here.
Besides, cable is usually faster and cheaper then DSL...

I need some help. With that link I showed, do I need special equipment
or a cell phone to connect with the Internet? Is wireless special
equipment or cell phone?

I recommend that you go ahead and phone the number to see if access is
available for you and to get specifics about the service. They can
also tell you what hardware is needed. I am quite sure that you will
not need a cell phone or wireless equipment to connect.
Good luck!

I can't get one link. I've heard that wireless can get ten miles in
range. Can one of you guys find Milwaukee home wireless ISPs for me,
that is $50 USD or below a month? Not too much one time costs?
