looking for databanks of Canadian Case Law.

The primo answer would include a few online sources of Canadian Case Law.
These sites would provide free access or unlimited access for an annual fee.
In other words, up to $100 per year, but not a $10 a pop access fee.  
example: I should be able to log on to the site and enter a keyword
phrase like <whiplash rehab diagnostic imaging> and get Canadian civil
court rulings
with all four words.

I am aware of at least one search service that is fee based, but I do
not know how much they charge.  Their site only says "contact an
account executive" to get actual pricing information.

Are you interested in knowing about such resources, even if we can't
tell you just what they cost?
