how to get rap music that is edited for children

If you are asking HOW to get the edited versions, you can get them at
your local record store by special order (my record store does this).
LOTS of CD's are NOT available as edited versions though. Know that
you will only find SOME titles.  Don't go to a big chain store as they
don't know what they're talking about. Go to an independent dealer.
These CD's are called "edited" or "clean" versions. I WOULD ALSO
CAUTION YOU TO BEWARE. EDITED CD'S ARE NOT EDITED FOR THEIR THEME OR
MESSAGE, ONLY FOR THE CUSS WORDS!! TALK and INNUENDO about rape,
drugs, sex, violence etc can still be on a CD that is edited, it just
won't have the word FU** (or whatever)...it'll be back-masked or taken
out completely.
