I am looking for a schematic of the world (not as a globe) with at
least North America and Europe on it. It should be at least 300px
wide, bigger is better. The coloring of the continents should be
There should not be any writing or other distractions in it, just the
continents. To give you an idea, some like has in the
upper right would be great, just bigger and in one piece.

300 pixels wide:

That first one seems to put the border between Europe and Asia in the
wrong place.  Russia straddles both, but is implied on that map as
being entirely in Europe.
