the commercial was for a fry pan I think cast iron that was hinged lid so
actually two  pans hinged together I think the price was 19.99.  The commercial
was probably about 30 seconds.  An 800 number to order.  I think it may have
been called dual pans but I could not get anything on the net by putting
"dual pans" I hope this helps you.  Thanks

thanks for all your responses.  But it still isn't the one I am looking for
the duallette by igia is close however the one I am looking for has
a hinged  pan like lid  with no lid in between  like the duallette.  ANY MORE
IDEAS?
