Hello Paindoc,
I guess the best solution is for you to download, install and run
anti-spyware programs like AdAware and Spybot. If you can get copies
of the installers to your computer via CD, mobile disk or network, you
might have a chance to clean it.

Just a little clarification. I have both Spybot and Adaware as well
as norton and a few other spyware and virus monitors. Unfortunately,
they do not detect this dialer and I'm still having a problem. I've
only found mention of this particular dialer in 1 good english post
when doing a google search. But the post doesn't mention how to
delete it.

Hello Paindoc,
It seems that this is a new or rare kind of malware, as you have said,
and may require a different fix. If you know how to tamper with the
registry without harming your system, probably that's one way you can
use. If you can disable it by changing startup options, try finding
the dialer in them and see if it will at least not start up.

Maybe you don't have the latest versions of Spybot and Ad-Aware and
their latest updates, but if you do, try also getting the latest
security patches for your Windows operating system (if you use that).
Malware takes advantage of these holes in security.

Try the folowing:

Make sure that you have the *latest* Ad-AWare and SpyBotS+D Versions.
SpyBot S+D Updates can be found here:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html (just download
1.3, the latest version)
And Ad-AWare can be updated from withing thw program ( click 'Update
Definitions' ).
If scanning with the updated version failed try Booting into SafeMode.

Do this by restarting your computer and holding F8 as it boots
(usually on the second screen you see, after Disk/RAM verification).
After pushing F8 you should be presented with 'Boot Options' choose
'Safe Mode', Windows should boot normally but with lower quality
graphics and some othe differences. Now scan with Ad-AWare and
SpyBotS+D.

Booting in safe mode should increase your chance of finding these
dialers as some of them hide themselves when running ( and in safe
mode they will not run ).

I hope this helps! If not i have some other ideas we could try.

Also, i forgot to mention. Update your Windows OS at www.windowsupdate.com
This should patch your os and browser against any future dialers/malware.
Although, i would reccomend switching from Internet Explorer and
Outlook express ( if you do use them ) alltogether, perhaps to a
securer alternative like FireFox (
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ ) and ThunderBird (
http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/ ). Although even with
them it's always important to keep your software updated.
