Has Vicki DeTal of portland oregon published anything and if so what ?

I have searched the main library catalogues and other sources and can
find no publications in the name of Vicky (or Victoria) DeTal. It is
possible that she has used a pseudonym or ?non de plume?. In that
case, it would not be able to identify the publications unless the
author?s real name was announced.

Sources included, but not limited to, The Library of Congress, The
British Library, New York Library, Getty Research Institute, Copac
(UK), Amazon.com, Addall.com, LexisNexis (news and articles database)
and of course, Google and other search engines.

So that you are aware, this question cannot be definitively answered
yes or no. It is possible that she has self-published a book which has
not been allocated an ISBN, has had a very limited print run and has
not been supplied to the major libraries. It is also possible that she
has written articles which have not been indexed or catalogued by any
of the sources.

I hope this answers your question. If it does not, or the answer is
