I am looking for a location of a seller of piano sheet music of songs
by Alexander Vertinsky. He is a Russian  composer/singer/songwriter,
1889-1957. The sheet music can be in English, Russian or French.

I found only guitar chords available on the internet.  Searching
"Alexander Vertinsky chord charts" I found a link to a site which has
chords above the words.  The page is in Russian, so I used the
Babelfish online translation service to translate the lyrics.

On that page you will see a place to enter the Russian page URL for
translation.  This is a free online service.

I hope you may use the guitar chords to play for the piano.  At least,

Guitar chords don't really help.
Yes, I would consider borrowing the sheet music from a library, as
long as it's a fairly easy process (if the library is not too far or
there's a way to check something out long distance).

I have located a large collection of Vertinsky scores that are part of
the Kasura collection located at the University of Illinois
Urbana-Champaign:

All of the scores are non-circulating, which means that you can't
check them out, so Interlibrary "loan" is not an option. However, the
Interlibrary Lending Department does offer photocopy services. I spoke
to an individual named Jenny at the Music Library reference desk (tel.
217-333-1173) and she indicated that any scores that are listed in the
online catalog could be photocopied and mailed or faxed to you. She
said that such requests would need to be made through Interlibrary
Lending Department photocopy request system. See this web page for
