what is the way to encode my perl/cgi script to be the script 100%(!)
hidden from modify it and no way to decor it back (not perl2exe and
not stunnix)?

And also it shuld work w/h any instolation on the server.

Hi saac123456789-ga,
If you're using Perl 5.8 or above, you can try perlcc which will
generate and compile either C code or Perl bytecode from your script. 
It's use is considered experimental, and the files it generates are
quite large.  But you might want to see if it works for your script.
