I would like to find out How Paypal works as a Transaction Processing System(TPS).
Fundamentally i would like to find out, the inputs/processes/outputs
needed by Paypal to provide their basic functions, or recieving and
sending money.
1.Inputs, e.g Name, Credit card number etc
2.Processes e.g What they do when they get your credit card number to
verify you are who you say you are? What paypal do with the money in
their system? etc
3.Outputs e.g What are the various outputs of the functions they provide?

Also i would like to know..
1.What data storage technology paypal use e.g File processing,
Database managment etc, to store information on customers, credit card
numbers and bank accounts?
2.Their general system networking requirements, linking the customer
to the service?
3.What type of security do Paypal undertake to ensure saftey of
transactions, between customers and banks and credit card companies?
