I want to locate someone's address. Which site is the most likely to help me?

That depends on if you want to pay for it or not.
www.ussearch.com will likely get you an answer, but it costs money.

Free services:
www.theultimates.com (try searches with first initial last name and whole name)
www.switchboard.com
www.google.com  (you can search for the person using quotes, place
their name in quotes and at least one descriptor if you get too many
hits, e.g. "John Doe" +Detroit +sailing)

Its hard to say, depending on how private the person, which database
you need.  Also, some databases have info others don't.  It depends on
which databases the persons name is in.  So you have to try them all,
start with the higher probability ones first.
