Would you be satisfied with an answer recommending an access point
with instructions? If you have already purchased an access point and
need instructions only, can you give me the model number and brand of
the hardware?

I am unable to find any way to use a usb bluetooth cable to share an
internet connection. Hopefully another researcher will be able to help
you solve your problem.

I just couldn't give up! I may have found a way to make this work after all...

Can you tell me if the desktop computer is directly connected to your
internet connection?

With your Bluetooth USB adapter plugged in, do you see a Bluetooth
Network Icon inside Network Connections (in the Control Panel)?

I hope to hear from you soon,

Hello space_cowboy,

I was unable to find instructions for accessing the internet from your
desktop, although you should be able to access folders on your desktop
by using the USB port.

From the official site:

"If you want to use your Zodiac console to get on the Internet, you'll
also need to have a compatible Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone or
Bluetooth access point with Internet access."

It seems accessing the internet can only be done using a mobile phone
with bluetooth. Please let me know if you want me to submit this as an
official answer. In the meantime, I will let other researchers have a
shot at answering this question in case I missed something.

All the best,

PS: You can set up what you are looking for if you have a bluetooth
access point like this one:
http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=1&Product_Id=134669
but I suspected you do not already have one of these because they
usually come with instructions on how to set them up with popular palm
models.
