I am assisting a coffee grower group in Indonesia with various issues
- on a voluntary basis. One issue that has come up is the possible
registration of their region and a symbol/logo as trademark for their
coffee.

1. With which authority in Indonesia does one register trademarks ?
2. What are the costs associated with a registration ? There is
probably a starting fee and an annual fee ?
3. How long time does the  registration process take ?
4. In some countries contacts to authorities are often handled by
agencies or special bureaus against a fee. Please indicate
2-3 such agencies - if that is the case in Indonesia.

A response to 1. is most important. 
I have not looked into this myself but imagine that response to 2. 3.
and 4. might (?) not be easy. In any case, please provide answer as
far as you can ...even if one or two questions are answered in part
only - or not at all.
