What are the 2004 salary grades, titles, and salaries ranges for the
faculty at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center Medical
School? We are trying to find salary comparisons for an Associate
Scientist (with 2 PhDs in Virology, and good grant funding) at
Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute in Albuquerque, NM.
Salary.com is one source we tried, but a more accurate comparison
would be the UNM Med School faculty/researchers, and since this is a
state-funded college, the salaries are probably public record, but I
can't locate this information. The more comparables we have, the
better. Any help building an objective, well-done presentation to
management regarding getting a salary increase will also be
appreciated. Thank you for your help.
