I'm looking for up-to-date information on what kinds of Internet
censorship the Singapore government imposes today.  How is Internet
censorship implemented and enforced?  Information on punishment or
warning for attempting to access censored materials.  Are there
substantial differences among different ISP's, any workarounds?
