Client wants to synch home email at home using Outlook w/pop server
and synch at Work with Outlook/Exchange server.

She'll have 2 different email addresses and when she replies to email
on iPaq wants email to come from whichever email she received it on.

Is this doable? Synch Outlook with basically 2 different email
address/profiles/locations?

Minor Questions: How do I delete Acrobat files off iPaq.

You could try creating two accounts on each computer, and have her log
into the one she wants she wants to use each time. You should just
have to put in the pop smtp and her name and password for each
account. Then you can access it by simply switching users.

What you want is very easy.

You can add many different accounts to Outlook.

The main problems lie with the speed of the connection back to the
Exchange server and wether the firewall which sits in front of the
Exchange server allows internet access to it.

The best way to handle this I think is to use the IMAP protocol that
exchange has (again it will take the IT department to switch on the
IMAP service). IMAP will be far superior for what she wants take a
look here http://www.fastmail.fm/docs/faqparts/ExternalMail.htm#ExternalIMAPVsPOP
for a comparison of IMAP to POP.

The other issue there is, is does the users company allow POP/SMTP
connection out through their LAN onto the internet, and if they do,
does there ISP allow SMTP out from thier WAN onto the internet? To
get the answers for this takes asking the relevant people at the
relevant organisations... or just giving it a go and see what happens.

If SMTP traffic is blocked, it possible to use services provided by
people like www.rushpost.com and www.dyndns.org to get around these
issues.

To directly answer your question, both accounts would be added easily.
The E-Mail Accounts tool lets you add the POP and Exchange accounts.
When you reply to a message, Outlook automatically uses the correct
account based on which the message was sent to.

To have the mail delivered to seperate folders, use the Rules and
Alerts tool. You would create a rule that would move all mail
recieved on the "Home E-Mail" account to a folder of your choice (i.e.
"Personal Messages".

As nosajdraw-ga said, there may be problems if the client wishes to
sync her work (exchange) e-mail from home. But if she is syncing at
work and home seperately, then it should work fine. You can even
choose which messages to send and receive, so Outlook doesn't attempt
to download work mail while at home if you wish.

Hope this answers your question.
