we are a high level fashion design and marketing school in Italy. We
are facing very rapid international expansion and the introduction of
courses also held in english. So we need to identify channels /
agencies / websites that can assist us in placing students in fashion
internships internationally.The follow a 3 year under grad course or a
1 year masters courses.We usually organise internships in Italy that
last 3 months or so and now we need to do the same overseas

Here are some thoughts on clarifying questions that would help a researcher:

1. Must the internships be paid?
2. How fluent are your students in English language and writing?
3. Must there be a formal training program, or will informal
externship-style programs be satisfactory?

1 Normally our intern students are NOT paid.Sometime some of the
megabards in fashion give our students a basic forfeit and /or meal
vouchers to help out.

2 The students on this course come from all around the world and sit
an entry exam to get in so they have to be ok i english and very often
mother tongue.

3 We prefer the real hands on "real life " experience" ...a formal
intership program can induce a "silver spoon" effect.We want out
students to get right into helping and contibuting to the receiving
company to make margins - from day 1.Thats the best lesson possible.
