How can I find out the most recent gross taxable sales figures for
multiple private businesses in our city's ETJ (in Texas), in order to
estimate the increased local sales tax revenue to our city if said
businesses were annexed into our city limits?

A good answer would point me to a "data mining" company that has the
info available already (for a fee, I'm sure), or a source of state or
federal public records that I can "mine" myself.
