Any idea where he died or was buried?  This would be the most helpful
to a researcher.  An estimate of when would also be helpful, inasmuch
as Powell is a common name.

Raymond's father was Joseph Foss Powell. His mother was Anna Veronica Casey.

The Social Security death index has a Raymond L Powell, born 14
November 1919, who died 21 July 1995 in Bells, Crockett, Tennessee. No
Raymond Powell born in 1913 turns up on the SSDI. Which may or may not
be a lead -- he could have died before the 1960s, when the index
began.
