Question ID: 377362
Can someone please help me identify functional electrical stimulation
(FES) devices currently used to restore hand function to stroke or
spinal cord-injury patients?

I am looking for devices that help patients who have lost hand
mobility after suffering a stroke (or spinal cord injury) to grasp,
hold, and release objects, so they can perform daily activities such
as pouring, holding a coffee cup, picking up a book, etc. Electrode
placement on the device can be either implanted or surface.

I am already aware of the NeuroCare Freehand and the NESS Handmaster,
so I do not need that information.

I also do NOT need information on TENS devices used for relieving pain.

A tip will be provided for +5 identifications or for information on
technology currently under development or awaiting regulatory
approvals.

I thank you in advance for your assistance. Please let me know if you
require clarification.
