Here's an interesting one. UPS is a well-documented company in its
early days and recently. But the middle years in the 60-80s are quiet.

I'm looking for vital information and business biographical background
for George D. Smith, the second CEO of the UPS company: 1962-1972.

I'm looking for birth/death/retirement dates and locations, obituary
texts (or at least the paper and page numbers where I can find them)
and his family and schooling details.

I'm also interested in company history during his time with UPS. For
instance: "$548.5 million in revenues and $31.9 million in profits in
1969."

The holy grail would be a full-color business magazine profile with 10
pages about his business and personal life.

I have already found information on his UPS scholarship and foundation
with his name.

Thanks!

I found a company history with him here:

Information about the George D. Smith fund:

(I'm NOT researching this for political reasons!)

He may have a daughter named Marilyn and a younger son.
