Question ID: 377394
I am looking to start up my own specialist recruitment and selection
business specifically for the architecture/interior design/town
planning/property development industries.

The name needs to catchy, meaningful and memorable. I had thought of a
name which relates to the industries I will be servicing but do not
want it to be too specific in case I want to expand the business into
other industries in the future. The business will provide quality,
flexible service options to its clients and a personalised, quality
service to its candidates.

I am a practical business person with limited creativity and
innovation. Any assistance is grately appreciated.

Mother911 - thanks for your suggestions. I'm looking for something
catchy and not so mainstream - your "TuTu" response is probably more
in this line.

Otherwise the name could also be "something" People/Personnel/Recruitment/Staff.

I have looked at some international sites - names that I saw are
Bespoke Careers, Fusion People, ArchiPro, CareersInConstruction,
PeopleInProperty, mc2, Design4Design, MatchTech.

Hope this gives you some inspiration.

Are invented words okay?

Develico Personnel (develico.com)

Viatend Staffing (viatend/viattend.com)

Moarca* Recruitment (moarca.com) *more than architects*

Plan-A-Vision People (planavision.com)

(FYI, Planavision is a plasma screen TV environment from the German
company, Grundig)

I imagine you're looking for a .com website availability also?

Invented words are of interest but it would be helpful if they had
some sort of association or meaning so the business is recognised for
what it is.

Perhaps a word that means "space, creation, originality" etc

You could split up a few of the words that you used as a description
and combine the parts:

Architecture Staffing - ArchiStaff - ArchiRecruit - ArchiHunters

The occupations that you staff are diverse, though, not just one. Is
there a word that encompasses all of these occupations that you can
use with "staff, recruit or hunter?"

Daytrader76 - thanks for your comment. I had thought of ArchiPro
myself but it already exists.

Re a word that encompasses all of the occupations - the following come
to mind: design, paradigm, plan, project, space, area, scope, form,
composition, motif, purpose, matrix, diagram, prototype, model,
archetype, originality.
