I need a list of inexpensive Call Center software.  I think 5 would be
good. I would prefer open source or something free, defiantly less
than 2,000. I?m not looking for Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
software. I?m looking for software exactly like teloquent interchange
http://www.teloquent.com/solutions/products/ia/index.php, but less
expensive of course. Basically it needs to take incoming calls, dial,
hold, mute, transfer, conference, and most importantly handle overflow
calls.  I think teloquent offers their interchange agent at 1,800.
