According to the error message I get, my copy of the above file, which has a 
size of only 1K, has gotten corrupted and is unreadable. How and where can I
get a fresh working copy. I run windows/xp pro with sp 1 applied.

I search the file extension da0 at http://www.filext.com and this is a
Windows Registry Backup file. I have the same operative system and all
is working well, but I have not this file in my computer.
If you tell us which is the error message and in wich context it
appears we can give you a better help.
