Bobbie I have a 5 different company groups of email addresses. In total there are approximately 2500 email addresses. At the present time they are in text format (Notepad), and each of the five company groups are individualized. What I wish to achieve is a *Card-Shuffling* effect. That is I want to integrate the five separate lists into one BIG (shuffled)List to obtain a card shuffled effect. Can this be done using word or maybe Excel? If so how do I do it. If not is there a program I can purchase or download that would do the trick? Programs I have immediately at my disposal that might do what I want are : Jarte, Metapad and of course Word and Excel. Your assistance here would be greatly appreciated. Thank you from: Bellboy | |

Hi Bobbie I am not wanting to *clean* these lists and/or remove duplicates. I already have a MailManager Program that will do that. I am wanting to (repeat what I said earlier) shuffle like a deck of cards. Look at it this way. I have black cards, red cards, blue cards, yellow cards and green cards, a stack of 100 of each. I want to shuffle these so that the total of 500 would appear in this order : 1 black followed by 1 red, followed by 1 blue and so on. Integration of the 5 groups. That's what I want to be able to achieve. I will download Knightthunder and report back to you. But, with the simple coloured card example I just gave you understand what I want to achieve with these lists. Thanks from Bellboy |
