I have earned a research-based PhD in Economics from an accredited
Indian university (Aligarh Muslim University), and I have three years
of academic and administrative experience at university level. Could
you please advise me on acquiring a second PhD from an accredited
American or British university where my education and experience are
credited towards the fulfillment of the award of the degree?
