I am a cinephile who has run festivals and have seen many small art
theaters which are successful. I wish to build a 2 screen movie house
which would contain a cafe and living area.Which firms speialize in
build and design for
a small independent entrepeneur as myself.

What I want to build is a self contained building from ground up which
will house a small cafe plus the theater(2 screens)but not more than
60-70 seats per screen and have a place for apartments to defray the
cost of the building. The apartments are nto absolutely necessary but
it seems to be trendy now.
