These questions can be answered by the RBI (reserve bank of India)

1) If I have a branch office/liason office in india - can then the
mothercompany (outside india) write the invoices or does it have to be
the branch office in india that writes the invoices?

2) Does a  liason/branch office need to be approved from RBI (Reserve
bank of India) if it wants to sell India manufactured drugs - but only
for export (only sale to outside India/only export - no sale inside
india)?
