Hi jossychina,
Make sure "Show Pictures" has a check mark:
Tools / Internet Options / Advanced:

Does that help?

I have done it. But it still does not do well. It doesn't show
backgrounds in sites. It turns all backgrounds into white. But it
shows picture.
NB:
The main problem is that my browser turns all colored backgrounds to
white. But when I view them in other computers, the show full colors.
Please help me if you would.

jossychina-ga,
Have you ever:
1. Used the Microsoft Accessibility Wizard to enhance the visibility
of your computer screen, or
2. Changed the Display Options (from the Control Panel) to make the
display High Contrast (or any other non-standard setting)?
If you did, you might have to undo one or both of these steps to
return your screen to full-color functionality.
Let me know if this does/doesn't make sense.

Thanks for all your effort. I really appreciate your concern. May God
bless you all for your undivided attention to this problem. But it
still remain the same. No improvement yet. I still hope that there
will be a solution someday.
