due to the low unemployment rate in Ireland, we are finding it
difficult to find good network engineers to support out customer base.

i was considering recruiting in mainland europe or in the new
accession states. probably only 3 or 4 positions. has anyone any
experience with poland, CZ, bulgaria, hungary etc. and can you provide
any tips on process and package required.

By "package" do you mean the type of compensation usually offered?

- Looking for places to advertise your vacancies? 
- Looking for ideas how to screen/interview candidates from different countries?

ha, stay away from poland I just had a horrible time dealing with some
one from poland.
