First Job = pension and 401k (maximizing tax deferral). Second Job =
small business owner (no employess). We(Spouse and I) Max both Roth
IRA's. Question: Can I start a simple SEP as a business owner and tax
deferr it also? Tax Deferral is my ultimate goal. Any other saving
mechanism's I could utilize as a small business owner?

Specifically, can I exceed the 12,500 or 13,000 (in 2004) tax
deferred? Or maybe just reduce the taxable income for the small
business and providing a real benefit at the same time.
