I have to write a READ ME file for an enhanced CD for a client. It
includes some video and text (some of the text is hyperlinked to a
website.) I haven't written a Read Me file before and am asking for
some guidance on what goes into it. For example, is there an outline
or boilerplate of standard content for a mixed media CD Read Me file?
