Very simple. Your website is all Flash based. There is ZERO text as
actual website content. I've had lots of professional experience in
search engine optimization and I would recommend making the following
changes to your website:

1.) Add text! Search engines looks for text on a website. Your
website doesn't have ANY. Add some text at the bottom that has the
phrase "dallas antiques" in it several times (I wouldn't use the
phrase more than three times). I would have atleast a hundred words
though you can get by with less if you have to. No more than five
hundred.

2.) Change your title to include the phrase "dallas antiques",
preferrably near the beginning of the title. Something along the
lines of: "Dallas Antiques - Rue Toulouse Antiques". Your most
important phrase should always go at the beginning of the title. It's
important to have the "phrase" in the title, not just the words.

3.) Your keywords and description are pretty good. Include the
phrase "dallas antiques" in your description (again, near the
beginning). Unforunately for you, however, Google really doesn't look
at the keywords or description which is why you must have textual
content on your website.

4.) Your website must have some links pointing to it. It's also good
to have some links pointing to other websites. Search for "dallas
antiques" in Google or the DMOZ directory and ask to trade links with
some of the other websites. Also submit your website to the
directories listed here:
http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Antiques_and_Collectibles/Directories/

5.) Get listed in the DMOZ directory. The DMOZ directory helps your
Google ranking a lot. I suggest submitting your site to this
directory:
http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Antiques_and_Collectibles/Varied_Merchandise/R/

Those are my recommendations. After reviewing your competition, I
think it would be fairly easy to get the top ranking for the keyword
phrase you're targetting. Please keep in mind that it'll take a few
weeks, maybe a couple months, for these changes to go fully into
effect. Thanks for the question and please feel free to rate it if it
satifies you!
