I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with outlook express. 1. Close Outlook Express, and first try to reset your windows default printer: Windows XP: Click the "Start" menu and choose "Printers and Faxes". When the "Printers and Faxes" window appears, right-click on your desired printer and choose "Set as Default Printer". Windows 95/98/me Click the "Start" menu and choose "Settings" then choose "printers" a new window will appear. Right-click on the desired printer and choose "set as default printer" reopen outlook express and try printing a page. if it is still not working move on to #2 2. Open Outlook express and select the "file" menu and then select the "print" function. this will bring up a seperate window. in this window you should be able to select your printer that you would like to print to. In windows XP right-click the printer that you want to be printing to and make sure that "default printer" has a check mark next to it. once the correct printer is selected click on the print button. I hope this helps you out. |
