Hi Do1234!

Web site development is popular among certain specialties, notably
obstetrics/gynecology, surgery, and internal medicine. I can provide
you with the percentage of OBGYN physicians that have developed
websites for the years 2000 and 2001.

I can also tell you the percentage of all U.S. physicians that use the internet.

This information was taken from a 2002 American Medical Association
Study on Physicians Use of the Internet.  I searched for a more
current survey;  however nothing seems to be available yet.
