Just curious, how many piano keystokes are there in this concerto? Not
being a musician I may not be asking this correctly, but basically I'm
interested in how many times the pianist strikes the keys on the piano
(with each finger striking a key counting as 1 keystroke). I recently
enjoyed an impressive playing of this piece by Olga Kern who played it
without sheet music, and I got to wondering how many keystrokes she
had committed to memory.

There is no answer at this time.
