I used alibaba.com to find a supplier in China for a product I wanted
to order direct. I exchanged correspondence with an apparent "company"
for the product I wanted, and placed a sample order for $1300, which I
wired to their bank account. Now, they claim that they never received
funds, and to me it is apparent that it is a case of fraud. What can I
do now to? Is there any international legal action I can take?
