I was wondering if you are familiar with the fedwireless site at:

There's a wealth of information there about pager use/rates/suppliers
in the federal government.  If you're familiar with the site already,
could you please clarify what additional information you're looking
for?

And if the site is new to you, would you like a researcher to try and
identify the key pieces of information pertaining to top providers,
costs, etc.?  This isn't as easy at it seems -- there is so much
information at this site, it is best used as an ongoing resource,
rather than as a static presentation of summary information (for
instance, there appear to be hundreds of plans with different types of
geogrpahic coverage and rate structures).

Take a look at it, and let me know how close it comes to meeting your needs.
